OBJECTIVEThere is a dispute whether or not reduction. although the effect of Surgical treatment for the mild adult lumbar spondylolisthesis is reliable, Through 51 cases of adult patients with spondylolisthesis fowllowing-up, we researched relevance between the degree of reduction and imaging and clinical effect in order to provide evidence for the surgical treatment of adult spondylolisthesis.METHODS51 cases of ineffective conservative treatment of adult patients with spondylolisthesis, were used after the midline incision under the waist, pedicle screw system fixation and interbody fusion and posterolateral fusion.Image measures included slip rate, disc index, slip angle.we evaluated low back pain with theJapanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score standards during Preoperative and Postoperative following-up. Application of SPSS was used for the data statistical analysis; Sex,Type of slip,Slip segment,Reduction rate,Fixed segment were as the impact of factors related to the clinical effect. we used the Binary-logistic regression to analysis relevance of clinical efficacy and the relevant factors.RESULTS51 patients were followed up for Postoperative 6 months to 36 months, mean time of 18 months, Postoperative 3 months,6 months,1 year and so there were routine X-ray inspection, parts of reviewed forced X-ray or CT. 51 patients followed up did not appear to slip again and loss of intervertebral space. Clinical efficacy of postoperative were evaluated by JOA clinical evaluation of low back pain assessment standards:the Clinical improvement rate measured up 90%; Excellent:28 cases, good:18 cases, in:4 cases, poor:1 case, Image index included slip rate, disc index, slip angle, and JOA score significantly were all improved compared with the preoperative data, that is statistically significant (P <0.05); Analysis of correlation shows that:The slip rate correlated with the disc index (R=-0.540), disc index with the increase of slip rate reduced; slip rate and slip angle had no correlation (R=0.027), reduction rate and improvement rate was low correlation (R=0.169), reduction level is not factor.which affected clinicalCONCLUSIONObtained by the Short-term follow-up of conservative treatment ineffective in patients with the mild spondylolisthesis, We could achieved good clinical efficacy thorough decompression, anatomical reduction or partial reduction, internal fusion with partial segments fixation during openration. The Postoper ative revaluation of the image indexes and clinical symptoms can be significantly improved through reset, but the reduction was not associated with clinical efficacy.we could do your best but not be anatomical.forced. reduction through surgical treatment for the mild spondyloli sthesis, we studied the following mild grade II patients with adult spondylolisthesis.
