The Clincal Research On Treatment Of Bradycardia By Modified Mahuangfuzixixin Decoction

This article summarizes and discusses the recognize and progress of the study of bradycardia,in modle and Chinese medicine,completely,and includes many year's experiences of treatment of bradycardia of Zhang Yali.The teacher Zhang thinks that the main ecology and pathogenesis is usual lowered resistance of the heart-kidney yang deficiency,blood stasis due to deficiency of Qi.So she puts forward that the treatment of the disease should be tonifying the heart-kidney and invigorate the circulation of blood.In this subject,40 slow arrhythmia patients were treated by Modified Mahuangfuzixixin Decoction as curative,another 30 slow arrhythmia patients were treared by xinbao pill as control.Results:the total effect rate of the curative group was 87.50%,which was evidently higher than that of the control group of 63.33%,(P<0.01).And the Modified Mahuangfuzixixin Decoction has the advantage that convenient to use,price moderate,effective in treatment and so on,is worthy to be studied and popularized deeply.
