Both groups'patients undergone the same operative process, howe ver, the materials of thread-drawing therapy were different. The treatment one's was tube and the control one's was silk thread. Ater operation, it was observed that the condition of the pain, the fe eling of weight in anus, and the time of thread drawing abscission and wound healing. The relative resultswere calculated statistically with SPSS18.0 software. Statistical significance was accepted as the P value less than 0.05.Result: The totle effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,and so was the control group. Though statistics, Howerve, the condition of the pain, the feeling of weight in anus, and the time of thread drawing abscission and wound healing were distinct difference (P<0.05). The treatment gr oup was much bet ter than the control group. Conclusion: Tube thread-drawing therapy had an exact effect to treat submucosal fistula. Its'advantage was not only to shorten the time of wound healing, reduce the pain of operative wound and decrease recurrence rate but also easy to oper ate. It was valuabe to the popularizationg of this therapy.
