The Literature Search Of Treatment And Formula Regularity For The Method Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Threatened Abortion

Objective:By collecting the literatures which related to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of threatened abortion disease in last 10 years, analyzing the syndrome differentiation of TCM,therapeutic method and Medi-cation,finding the law of them,provided basis for optimizing the TCM treat-ment of threatened abortion disease.Methods:Collecting the clinical research literatures related to threatened abortion disease in Chinese biomedical journals from January 2000 to Decem-ber 2009,and accompanying with EXCEL program for the statistics analysis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, therapeutic me-thod and using of medication.Results:The 133 TCM clinical researeh literatures related to threatened abortion include 8909 cases in total.Common syndromes are①The spleen and kidney deficiency type with a proportion of the 48.32%;②The kidney deficiency type accounts for 28.58%;③The heat in blood type accounts for 8.86%;④The qi and blood deficiency type accounts for 6.87%;⑤Other types accounts 7.37%.Common treatments are①Invigorating the kidney and spleen, consolidate chongmai and tocolysis, accounting for 48.32%;②Tonify-ing kidney and holding Qi, consolidate chongmai and tocolysis, accounting for 28.58%;③Removing pathogenic heat from blood, consolidate chongmai and tocolysis, accounting for 8.86%;④Nourishing qi and blood, consolidate chongmai and tocolysis, accounting for 6.87%;⑤other therapeutic methods, accounting for 7.37%. The 12 herbal medicine,which occured most frequent-ly in every syndrome:①The spleen and kidney deficiency type:Dipsacus, Loranthaceae, dodder seed, Atractylodes, Codonopsis, Licorice, donkey-hide gelatin, Eucommia, white peony root, Chinese yam, Astragalus, Rehmannia;②The kidney deficiency type:Dipsacus, dodder seed, Loranthaceae, Atracty-lodes, donkey-hide gelatin, Codonopsis, Eucommia, white peony root, Reh-mannia, Astragalus, Chinese yam, skullcap;③The heat in blood type:white peony root, Dipsacus, skullcap, dodder seed, Loranthaceae, donkey-hide raw land,gelatin, licorice root, Chinese yam, Shudihuang, Cork, Eucommia;④The qi and blood deficiency type:Angelica, white peony root, licorice root, donkey-hide gelatin, Chuan Xiong, Shudihuang, leaves, Atractylodes, dodder seed, Dipsacus, skullcap, Loranthaceae.Conclusion:1.
