The Research Of The Relationship Between The Chinese Medicine Types And Its Sexual Hormones Level Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective: To reveal the correlation of serum hormones levels and Chinese medicine symptom of patients with Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) through changes of serum hormones levels, providing objective basis for clinical chinese medicine symptom and treatment and exploring the research of Chinese medicine symptom diagnosing.Methods: The clinical patients of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine hospital affiliated to Harbin surrounding a village, tun epidemiology investigation were observed by the clinicians who designing clinical research table, defining clinical research program and content, and getting into clinical research. The clinicians collected symptom of the patients tongue, pulse and measured their levels offers tosterone(T), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), lutenizing hormone(LH), progesterone(P), SHBG(sex hormone-binding globulin) other things about the research and filled what observed in table. Discerned symptoms and divided type conform to diagnose standard. Selected seventy patients who conform to western medicine diagnose standard, divided 70 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome into 30 cases of asthenia of kidney and stagnation of liver type, 20 cases of splenic-virtual and phlegm dampness syndrome type, 6 cases of phlegmy and blood-stasis type, 4 cases of asthenia of kidney and blood-stasis type type, symptom and twenty nomal peple for contral cIass. Then the data and information was statistically analyzed to get some conclusions.Results:(1) Seventy symptoms of patients increased in a sequence: asthenia of kidney and stagnation of liver type, splenic-virtual and phlegm dampness syndrome type, kidney and stagnation of liver type, sthenia of kidney and blood-stasis type.(2)the level of T:asthenia of kidney and stagnation of liver type were higher than other types.(3)the level of P: asthenia of kidney and stagnation of liver type and phlegm-dampnes blockage type were the same.(4)the level of LH: asthenia of kidney and stagnation of liver qi type were higher than other types .(5)the level of SHBG: asthenia of kidney and stagnation of liver qi type were higher than other types.(6)the level of SHBG and T :they have correlation.Conclusion: Chinese medicine types of PCOS are relate with the levels of T, LH, P, FSH, SHBG, they can be used as reference for differentiation of PCOS Chinese medicine symptom.
