The Study Of Effect On The Hemodynamics Of The Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA) And The Terminal When Acupunture Xia Juxu Points

Objective:When acupuncture Xiajuxu point in the health of young people, at different time Points, use TCD to observe the end of middle cerebral artery (MCA) hemodynamic changes.Then, we can explore the effect of acupuncture of xiajuxu point.Methods:Subjects were 20 young healthy volunteers(10men,10women, aged 18 to 25, mean value 22.00±2.62), We evaluated the Trans Cranial Doppler UltrasonograPhy(TCD) of the Middle Cerebral Artery(MCA) and the end before.during and after the period of treatment with acupuncture on the xiajuxu Points of the tetraplegia and with drawing the needle.We should aim for the peak velocity of systolie(Vs),the peak velocity of diastolie(Vd) the velocity of mean(Vm) the pulsate index(PI) and the resistaneeindex(RI) of the Middle Cerebral Artery(MCA)and the end.Results:The peak velocity of systolie(Vs) the peak velocity of diastolie(Vd) the velocity of mean(Vm) the pulsate index(PI) and the resistaneeindex(RI) of the Middle Cerebral Artery(MCA) in different time did not change obviously(p>0.05).To the end of the Middle Cerebral Artery,the velocity of mean(Vm)are inereased during the acupuncture of Xiajuxupoints.But the velocity ofmean(Vm) did not change obviously(p>0.05) after the acupuncture. The peak velocity of systolie(Vs)the peak velocity of diastolie(Vd) and the resistaneeindex(RI) did not change obviously. The pulsate index(PI) inereased during the acupuncture of Xiajuxu points(p<0.05).But it did not change obviously(p>0.05) after the acupuncture.Conclusion:1. Acupuneture could no change the hemorheology of the Middle Cerebral Artery when the Xiajuxu point were treated.2. Acupuneture could no change the the velocity of mean(Vm) of the terminal middle cerebral artery.when the Xiajuxu point were treated,but the residual effect of acupuncture was not obvious.3. The acupuncture of Xiajuxu point can inerease blood flow of the terminal middle cerebral artery.4. Acupuncture could raise the resistance of blood vessel of the terminal middle cerebral artery when the Xiajuxu points were treated, but the residual effect of acupuncture was not obvious.
