| Objective:To find out the current health condition,active life expectancy(ALE),Quality adjusted life years(QALYS),quality of life(QOL)andevaluate the influence factors of people over sixty in the coal mine community,to provide the reference evidence for improving the life quality of the elderlyand formulating the policy of medicare in retirement．Methods:1066 old people from Taibaixiang community was selected withcluster sampling．All of the subjects were household interviewed using astandard questionnaire．The activity of daily life(ADL)was used as acriteria．The ALE of aged in the community was calculated with life tablemethod．The MOSSF-36 Questionnaire was used to study the old people′spresent situation of quality of life(QOL)．The data was inputted into VisualFoxpor 6．0 and analyzed using SPSS 10．0。Result:There was significant difference between different age groups of oldpeople in ADL( P <0．001),while not significant difference between differentsexes( P >0．05)．The percentage of health life expectancy in life expectancyfor men was higher than that for women,and the percentage decreased withaged increasing．The QOL level of the community was lower than the pastoralarea′s． The multiple line regression analysis showed that the main factors thatinfluence the QOL of the aged were age,income,chronic disease,livecondition,marital status and profession( P <0．05)．The main factors thatinfluence the PCS were age,chronic disease,live condition and profession(P <0．05),The main factors that influence the MCS were chronic disease,live condition,profession,culture and marital status( P <0．05)。Conclusion:Many factors showed effects on QOL of the elderly．Hence,Family and society should provide more cares and helps to them,and improvetheir living condition．The government should set up medicares so as to improvethe health level of the old people。... |
