The Research Of The Behavior Intervention To The Breast Cancer Patients During The Treatment Period

Breast cancer is the common malignant tumor of women.It's disease incidence rate have rised and the age of the women have breast cancer become younger in recently.The surgery is the first way of the treatments.Along with the breast cancer's early diagnosis develops widely.The good treatment result of the early breast cancer had decided to respect the early breast cancer patient's survival quality. But the surgery causes the breast's mutilation have set of many questions after the surgery who have to face with. Such as the feminine characteristic has changed after surgery,and the untoward effect of the radiotherapy and chemotherapy which give the much psychological pressure for the patients,and the life quality has dropped. The psychological intervention for the brest cancer patients aspect in big city like Beijing, Shanghai and so on,and it haven't set in small cities.There were related experiments and the literature materials about the physics intervention for the breast cancer patients after the surgery. The hospital has the auxiliary physics intervention for the treatment patients but they haven't built the system's theory.The literature had not reported that and lacks the concrete physics intervention way.This research divides into two parts:First use POMS carries on the investigation to the 84 famous cancer patient's psychologically healthy condition. In questionnaire survey foundation, take the Nanchang third hospital mammary gland branch 40 breast cancer patients as the object of study, uses the pair research design to divide into the intervention group and the control group, each group of each 20 people, carry on to the intervention group three month-long by the physics, psychological and the nutrition behavior way intervention primarily. Around intervention examination mental scale (QLQ-C30 and QLQ-BR23), a routine blood test(WBC, NEU%,LYM%,MON%,RBC,HGB,PLT),Biochemistry target(B/C,ALB, ALT, CREA,BIL,GLO,AST,BUN,URCA), to analysis the behavior intervention effect.Result:(1) The concise mood questionnaire POMS result demonstration at the same time masculine patient tense and the despondent mood are less than the feminine patient, and the TMD total score is lower than the feminine patient, three factor p<0.05. The explanation is the intervention group and the control group have the remarkable difference. On the other hand other cancer patient tense, the despondent mood are less than breast cancer patient, p<0.01. The explanation intervention group and the control group have the extremely remarkable difference. Other factors don't have remarkable differences.(2)Psychological target:The cognition, the appetite loses, single item meter, disgusting/vomit, these four factor's p<0.05.The explanation is the intervention group and the control group have the remarkable difference. And mood, function meter, constipation, overall health and whole quality of life, tired, symptom meter, this six factor p<0.01. The explanation intervention group and the control group have the extremely remarkable difference. Body characteristic's p<0.05. The explanation is the intervention group and the control group have the remarkable difference. Upper limb symptom, symptom meter, to future expectation and single item quantity these four factors p<0.01. The explanation intervention group and the control group have the extremely remarkable difference. Other factors don't have remarkable differences.(3)A routine blood test:the HGB of this two group patients have the significance difference p<0.05. But white blood cell WBC, the neutral granular cell percentage NEU%, the lymphocyte percentage LYM%, the uninuclear cell percentage MON%, red cell ount RBC, the platelet count PLT these targets don't have remarkable difference.(4) Biochemistry target:B/C's p<0.05, the explanation is the intervention group and the control group have the remarkable difference.The ALB, ALT, CREA these three targets p<0.01. The explanation intervention group and the control group have the extremely remarkable difference.The TBIL, GLO, AST,BUN,URCA these four targets don't have remarkable difference.Conclusion:(1) After the concise mood questionnaire POMS investigation.Masculine patient's negative mood are less than the feminine patient overall psychologically healthy condition good in feminine patient.(2) After the concise mood questionnaire POMS investigation.Other cancer patient's negative mood are less than breast cancer patient, overall psychologically healthy condition good in breast cancer patient.(3) Through to treats the time breast cancer patient after three month-long behavior way intervention experiments, the intervention group's quality of life is better than the control group after the experiment. (4) Through to treats the time breast cancer patient after three month-long behavior way intervention experiments,the intervention group's blood transports the oxygen function is better than the control group after the experiment.(5) Through to treats the time breast cancer patient after three month-long behavior way intervention experiments, the intervention group's hepatorenal function is better than the control group after the experiment.
