Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hepatogastric stangated heat DU who were treated by hepatogastric lily decoction; To study its possible mechanism and to investigate the effect of NO.and ET in the healing of DU.Method:Randomly select out patients and inpatients 60 cases.from First Hospited attached Hunan University of CM. They were diagnosed as DU at active stage by gastroscope and classified as hepatogastric stagnated heat by syndrome Differention of CM.Randomly,30 cases adopted hepatogatric Lily decoction (treatment group),the other adopted Omeprazole (control group). The treatment duration was 4 weeks. The level of plasma endothelin was examined by the radio-immunity method, serum nitric oxide was tested by Chromium Reduction Assay. According to the quilding rules of clinical research of new Chinese medicine treating on peptic ulcer, the TCM syndrome Intergral and the level changes of NO and ET in blood were observed in two grouaps before and after treatment by adopting t-Fes,X2-test and Rank sum Test. Results:The two groups of endoscopic efficacy was no significant difference in efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P>0.05)。comparative efficacy of TCM syndrome between the two groups there are significant different(p<0.05)。Two groups of primary and secondary disease and the total score points before treatment there was no significant difference (P>0.05),two of the points after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment (p<0.05),two groups of primary and secondary disease after treatment points and total score was significantly higher in statistical significance (p<0.05)。The two groups after treatment of blood NO, ET levels compared with those before treatment significant difference (p<0.05)after treatment the two groups are also statistically significant (p<0.05)。Conclusion:Hepatogastric lily decoction can relieve the symptoms of DU patients effectively and improve the healing rate of DU.The comprehersive therapeutic effect lin treatment groups was significantly better than in control group. Its possible mechanism may be due to maintaining the intergrity of duodenal mucosa and promoting ulcer healing by regulating the dynamic equilibrium of NO and ET in blood and increasing the blood flow of duodenal mucosa...
