Background: Uremic encephalopathy is uremic patients appeared nervous, spirit of the central nervous system abnormalities. With neurological and psychiatric symptoms as the main characteristic clinical syndrome. The clinical and pathological performance is diversiform, and its pathogenesis is still not clear. In recent years, with the development of society, chronic kidney patient, there was a significantly higher. Uremia encephalopathy the pathogenesis and treatment of receiving more and more attention. Objective: Analysis of patients uremic encephalopathy general data and clinical biochemical indicators.Clarify uremia encephalopathy happens, For clinical comprehensive judgments uremia encephalopathy, guide therapy patients after provide reliable evidence. Further improve uremia encephalopathy the patient's quality of life.Materials and Methods: A retrospective study of 41 cases of Uremic encephalopathy patients, Meanwhile randomly 60 cases of Uremia patients not occurring encephalopathy (control group) in our hospital from November 2008 to February 2011. Observe two sets of patients generally material and biochemical indicators. Include age, gender, blood pressure, blood tests, kidney, ion, parathyroid hormone, etc.Analysis of the patient's general information and biochemical indicators and uremia encephalopathy relevance. Measurement data to Mean and standard deviation, The difference between both groups, compared to t test. Count data to number and (or) expressed as percentage. Classification variables between-group differences by chi-square analysis, To P value<0.05 to have significant difference, P value<0.01 for a very significant difference. Results: (1) Uremia encephalopathy groups of patients females obviously than men (P<0.05), Two groups of patients age is no significant differences (P>0.05). (2) Two groups of the patient's blood pressure and urea nitrogen, creatinine level is no significant differences (P>0.05). (3) Single factor analysis shows uremia encephalopathy groups of patients serum chloride, carbon dioxide adhesion below uremia, while not encephalopathy group increased significantly compared with phosphate, Difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). With potassium concentration, without relevance (P>0.05). Multiariate analysis potassium, sodium, calcium blood adhesion, and carbon dioxide, the results show blood sodium, calcium to uremia encephalopathy are obviously affect, and uremia did not happen encephalopathy significantly group compared(P<0.05). (4) Uremia encephalopathy group and uremia did not happen encephalopathy leukocyte count and group of patients compared neutrophilic percentage significantly (P<0.05). (5) Uremia encephalopathy groups of patients with uremia thberous compared with patients, blood encephalopathy group parathyroid hormone levels, no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion: (1) Uremia encephalopathy patients significantly higher than the proportion of women with men. (2) Uremia encephalopathy occurrence and low calcium, low sodium, low chloride, high phosphorus, acidosis closely related, has nothing to do with potassium, In uremia encephalopathy treatment process note correct electrolyte disorders. (3) Infections is also an important factor uremic brain produce, Can induce and aggravating uremia encephalopathy, Should pay full attention in the status of uremic encephalopathy infection. (4) Should attach importance to the uremia encephalopathy patients with mental health problems, they fully communication, reduce and avoid the occurrence of uremic encephalopathy.
