The Expression Of TRAF6 In Ameloblastoma

Objective: To detect the expression of TRAF6 in Ameloblastoma. The relationship and significance beween TRAF6 and the occurrence and development of Ameloblastoma were researched to providing experimental evidence on the diagnosis and therapy of Ameloblastoma.Methods: The samples of Ameloblastoma collecting in pathology department and normal Mandible dealing with embedding decalcification were detected with immunohistochemistry method. The image and data were collected with medical image analysis system and for statistical analysis to observe the expression of TRAF6 in Ameloblastoma in order to research the relationship between TRAF6 and Ameloblastoma and futher research into the pathogenesis of TRAF6 in bone metabolism during the process of Ameloblastoma.Retults: The results detected with immunohistochemistry method showed that :TRAF6 in Ameloblastoma showed a weak positive reaction and a strong positive reaction in normal mandible while a negative reaction in gingival. The experiment result was analyzed with integral optical density.Conclusions: The experiment results testify that TRAF6 is a signal transduction molecule in the occurrence and development of Ameloblastoma to provide new documents on the gene regulatory networks of Ameloblastoma while the pathogenesis of Ameloblastoma was very complex. This experiment provided preliminary experimental envidence on the expression of TRAF6 in Jaw tumor and the relationship between TRAF6 and bone metabolism in Ameloblastom and also provided new ideas for Ameloblastom research.
