Object ive:To have a knowledge of the current situation of the quality of life(QOL)of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the General hospital of Jincheng coal industry group and analyze the influencal factors of QOL of the elderly.To provide a scientific base on which some related polices to improve thequality of life for the patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:The 136 cerebral hemorrhage patients treated after three months were selected out from department of neurology, neurosurgery in the General hospital of Jincheng coal industry group during January 2007 to June 2010.General questionnaire was used to investigate the demographic characteristics, clinical conditions at onset and World Health Organization health-related quality of life BREF (WHO-BREF) investigated the quality of life. SPSS 13.0 were used for data recording and analysis. Two group were compared using t test, multi-group were compared using variance, multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression.Results:1.the basic quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage cases136 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, physical domain score was 13.31±2.77, psychological domain score was 13.32±2.10, social relationship score 13.21±1.92, the field of environment 13.24±2.09, total score of 53.08±8.09. The scores did not differ much, indicating that the region's quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage balanced score in all areas.Compared with the domestic general population, the scores of the survey population in the physical domain (t=-10.373 P=0.000), psychological domain (t=-6.074 P=0.000), social relationship (t=-2.936 P=0.004) difference were statistically significant.Compared with the global population from 23 countries,four areas scores in this population were lower. The scores of the survey population in the physical domain (t=-12.156 P = 0.000), psychological domain (t=-9.319 P=0.000), social relationship (t=-6.574 P=0.000) difference were statistically significant.Compared with the elderly from the Changchun City,the scores of the survey population in the physical domain (t=-6.642 P=0.000), psychological domain (t=-4.001 P=0.000), social relationship (t=-10.285 P=0.000) differences were statistically significant. 2 Single factor analysisThe score of physical domain was related with bleeding sites (t= 4.009, P=0.004); the score of social relationship domain were related with disposable income (t= 4.019, P=0.004), residence (t=3.152, P=0.001), and children living (t=2.584, P=0.030), marital status (t= 3.322, P=0.003), bleeding sites (t=0.928, P=0.045); the score of social relationship domain were related with bleeding site (t=2.702, P=0.033); the score of environment domain were related with disposable income (t=4.464, P=0.002), residence (t=3.032, P=0.003), marital status (T=2.818, P=0.043), bleeding sites (t=3.150, P=0.016).Thalamic hemorrhage in the internal capsule than 13ML quality of life after surgical treatment of patients in the physical domain (t=3.655, P=0.001), the social sphere (t=2.514, P =0.018), psychological domain (t=3.871, P=0.001), the field of environment (t=3.035, P= 0.005) scored higher than non-surgical treatment of patients.External capsule more than the amount of bleeding in the 18ML quality of life after surgical treatment of patients in the physical domain (t=4.296, P=0.000), psychological domain (t= 3.103, P=0.004), the field of environment (t=2.900, P=0.007) Total score (t=3.356, P= 0.002) were higher than non-surgical treatment of patients.The amount of bleeding in the brain lobes more than 19ML of quality of life after surgical treatment of patients in the physical domain (t=3.718, P=0.001), psychological domain (t= 3.432, P=0.002), the field of environment (t=2.361, P=0.024) Total score (t=2.641, P= 0.013) were higher than non-surgical treatment of patients. 3 Multivariate factor analysisThe score of physical domain were related with the amount of bleeding, bleeding sites,treatment; the score of social relationship domain were related with disposable income, and living conditions of children, marital status,the amount of bleeding, bleeding sites; the score of social relationship domain were related with he amount of bleeding, bleeding sites; the score of environment domain were related with he amount of bleeding, bleeding sites,disposable income; The total score of QOL were related with the amount of bleeding, bleeding sites,treatment.Conclusion:1.The hospital treatment of hemorrhagic stroke patients after 6 months discharge was in the inferior quality of life level. Scores did not differ much in various fields. Discharged from hospital after six months and still not reach the level of healthy elderly.2.Hemorrhagic stroke patients in four areas of quality of life score was correlated with many factors, family factors:per capita disposable income, and living conditions of children, marital status; clinical factors:amount of bleeding, bleeding site, treatment.3.We should give the elderly more disposable money economy, more families living care; in clinical treatment, we should select the appropriate treatment according to the amount of bleeding in different parts to improve quality of life of hemorrhagic stroke patients.
