Wistar rats by subcutaneous injection of the issue of low molecular weight heparin, the femoral head affected the formation of microthrombi within capillaries, thereby reducing the incidence of femoral head necrosis rate for clinical drug prevention femoral head necrosis provide a theoretical basis.Methods:A total of 15 healthy Wistar rats were divided into hormone group five, gluteal muscle injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate 15mg/kg, once a week, the other group were injected normal saline, once a week;hormone low molecular weight heparin group 5, injection of low molecular weight heparin 300u/kg once a day, the other group normal saline subcutaneously once daily;control group 5.After 6 weeks, with the volume fraction of 10% chloral hydrate anesthesia, surgery to find the abdominal aorta, ligation of the proximal abdominal aorta and distal abdominal aortic cannulation, saline infusion with 1:5000 heparin, until the vein Back clear, and quickly remove the femoral head were observed after the appearance of decalcified biopsy, HE stain calculated rate of empty lacunae were observed trabecular bone area, micro-thrombosis thrombosis were observed.
