Objectives To establish one kind of animal model of FHN which is simple, stable and convenient to observe the treating effect, osteoinductivity and degradation was evaluated after RBX combined with bFGF having being implanted into the necrotic area of femoral heads, so that io explore a new method of curing FHN. Methods femoral head necrosis models of rabbits were induced by liquid nitrogen-frozen. The site of necrosis was debrided and RBX combined with bFGF was implanted into it. The animals were sacrificed at 3,6,12 weeks after operation, respectively. Roentgenographic photographs and histopathological observation were being taken and bone density of the femoral head was detected. Results no obvious bone density difference between the control group and experiment group animals was observed from X-ray photographs and single photon bone detection 3 weeks after operation. The bone density of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at the 6th week. Bone...
