Abstract/Summary:
Objective To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional color power Doppler energy in women with ovarian masses.Further illustrate the different diagnosis benign and malignant ovarian tumor,3D-CPA can reflect stereoly,intuitively the bloody supplying of ovarian tumor .3D-CPA can guide the plsitiong and coverage of surgery ,and clear the significance for the formulation of programmes.Methods From February 2010 to October 2010,three-dimensional color power doppler energy were performed before surgical procedure in 43 women with ovarian tumors.Blood flow indices(vascularization index,VI),(flow index,FI),(vascularization-flow index,VFI) were measured and blood with regional organizations were typed.Results Three-dimensional color power doppler energy which base on two-dimensional ultrasound diagonosis ovarian tumor in the accuracy of 94.7%;Malignant ovarian tumor group II, III level flow primarily, benign tumor group was no more blood or blood-based I-level, statistically significant differences between the two groups;Malignant cases were 19 cases ,benign caseswere 24 cases,Significant differences between means for benign and malignant masses were found for following parameters:VI,FI,VFI.Boundar value of VI=3.4;FI=38.;VFI=1.3;Type III vascular parameters of VI, FI, VFI was significantly higher than the corresponding blood type II parameter values, the difference was significant. Blood flow in benign ovarian tumor group the detection rate of 75% (18/24), the detection of malignant tumor group of blood flow rate of 100% (19/19).Concluslons 3D-CPA can supply more valuable information to identify ovarian tumor.3D-CPA can be used as a preoperative examination applied in ovarian tumor benign and malignant .therefor help to identify clinical early diagnosis and prognosis analysis.3D-CPA indexes are valuable in diagnosing ovarian tumor.
