Background:Soft tissue defects result from operations, diseases, trauma, or ageing may have a functional or aesthetic impact on the patient. Transplantation of seed cells by scaffolds is an emerging approach that enables the development of autologous substitutes that could be used as an alternative to fat transplantation. Preadipocyte differentiated from adipose tissue derived stem cells (ADSCs) is recognized as an important source of seed cell. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) has the ability to increase the growth of capillary in transplanted tissue. Inject able hyaluronic acid gel is one of the latest biomaterials developed for soft tissue augmentation/volume expansion. It has natural hydrating functions with an ability to bind large volumes of water. Thus it can maintain the concentration of VEGF.Object:We evaluated the function of intradermal injection of 3T3-L1 preadipocyte by hyaluronic acid scaffold combined with VEGF.Method:Mouse model of intradermal injection of 3T3-L1 preadipocyte by hyaluronic acid scaffold combined with VEGF is set. Several methods are used to evaluate the tissue from the mice. Conclusion:Intradermal injection of 3T3-L1 preadipocyte by hyaluronic acid scaffold combined with VEGF increases the rate of survival of transplanted tissue.
