Effects Of Jianpihuatanfa On Differentiation Of Preadipocyte

Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate effects of JianPiHuaTanFa on differentiation of Preadipocyte by detecting the concentration of leptin,mRNA of leptin receptor,and adiponectin.Methods:Rats in the study were divided into 5 groups and given jianpihuatanfang,jianpifang,huatanfang,RA,water through stomach for 7 days respectively. their blood were get out from Abdominal aorta and serum was separated to cultivate preadipocyte,which was Induced Differentiation.At last the content of leptin,mRNA of leptin receptor,and adiponectin were detected and the statistics was added up.Results:(1) JianPiHuaTanFa can obviously improve leptin secretion of adipocyte (P＜0.05 orP＜0.01),the effect was better than JianPiFa and HuaTanFa;Time did more contribution than Group.(2) JianPiHuaTanFa can boost the secetion of leptin receptor'mRNA,the general trend is:Group JianPiHuaTan＞Group HuaTan＞Group Retinoic Acid＞Group JianPi＞Group Blank＞Group Completely Blank.(3) JianPiHuaTanFa can obviously increase adiponectin secretion of adipocyte(P＜0.05orP＜0.01) and had best effect in all times.No significant differences were found in adiponectin between Group JianPi,Group HuaTan and Group Retinoic Acid,which were different from Group Blank and Group Completely Blank(P＜0.05 orP＜0.01);There were no significant differences between Group Blank and Group Completely Blank.Conclusions:JianPiHuaTanFa can incease the seceretion of leptin,mRNA of leptin receptor and adiponectin,the effect is better than JianPiFa or HaTanFa respectively.Most studies show that Significant negative correlation were observed between lipid metabolism dysfunction,related diseases and leptin receptor,adiponecin.So,this study not only indicates that spleen hypofunction and dampness accumulation is the main pathogenesis of Abnormal Lipid Metabolism in Traditional Chinese Medicine,but also shows part mechanisms on Therapeutic Effects of JianPiHuaTanFa to lipid metabolism dysfunction. Therefore,this study has significance on preventing and curing disorder of lipid metabolism in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
