Discussion Of The Pathogenesis For Juvenile Myopia And The Creative Effect Of Polyfocal Progressive Eyeglass Curing Myopia

Objiective:To assess the related factors of myopia and its pathogenesis,First:we collected 109 myopes,72 of which grouping as for disscusstion of the creative effect of polyfocal progressive eyeglass,36 of 72 myopes using for experimental group,other 36 for matched group.After 3 stages of the treatment for this kind of eyeglass,we can watch the diffrences between experimental group and matched group.Throughout the changes of vision,corneal curvature,diopter,accommodative amplitude and so on, there are four grades that cure,efficiency,excellence,nullity,as which,we can evaluate the quality of this glass. Next,we collect the symptoms of 109 myopes. Its symptoms include age,stature,weight,palpitation,Spontaneous sweating,nightsweats,amnesia insomnia aphasia anemia,chills,hyperactivity,indigestion,sore waist,tingle,dryness of eye,foreign body sensation,defecate,urinate,tongue coating,pulse condition,by them,we summarize 7 syndrome types. Results:The syndrome include deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,internai retention of phlegm,insufficiency of yang qi,blood stasis.The results showed that effective rate of experimental group is 68.57%and the rate of matched group is 10.77%,the former is much more effective than the latter. The eyeglass's mechanism is to relieve the tire of ciliary muscle and keep the flexibility of lens,which are the main cause for teenager's myopia.
