Objective:This study through rats and experimental study of hypertensive patients to observe the emotions (angry) factors in essential hypertensive rat and early role in hypertensive patients and with the endothelium-derived relaxing dysfunction, and to explore emotional factors on the role of hypertension and the mechanism in order to reduce the incidence of hypertension and control factors to provide a new objective basis. Methods:This study is divided into rats and hypertension patients in two parts. Observation angry emotion factor effect on neuroendocrine of the cardiovascular system and vascular endothelial.Then the author sets up a database for all study results and analyzes them by independent-samples T test statistical analysis way in SPSS 16.0 statistic software. Results:Emotional factors can influence the neuroendocrine of the cardiovascular system and vascular endothelial of healthy people and rats. (P<0.05). Conclusion:Emotional factors(fear) is important nosogenesis factor of cardiovascular diseases, by influencing the neuroendocrine of the cardiovascular system and vascular endothelial.
