| Objective: By Experimental acute myocardial ischemia in rats experiment and experiment of emotional stimulation on people, this study revealed the function about emotional factors on neuroendocrine of the cardiovascular system and vascular endothelial, and discussed the mechanism of emotions factor on cardiovascular Diseases, including the Coronary Heart Disease, for reducing and controlling cardiovascular diseases. Methods: This study divided into two parts, Experimental acute myocardial ischemia in rats and human experiments. The rat experiments are about fear emotion factor on neuroendocrine of the cardiovascular system and vascular endothelial. The human experiments are about fear emotional factors. Then the author sets up a database for all study results and analyzes them by independent-samples T test statistical analysis way in SPSS16.0 statistic software. Results: Emotional factors can influence the neuroendocrine of the cardiovascular system and vascular endothelial of healthy people and rats. (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Emotional factors(fear) is important nosogenesis factor of cardiovascular diseases, by influencing the neuroendocrine of the cardiovascular system and vascular endothelial.
