Objective:To determine the difference of hyperlipidemia and hyperhomecysteinemia between 20 healthy people and 60 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans, among whom 30 were attributed to the syndrome of pathogenic dampness-heat, and 30 were attributed to the syndrome of blood stasis to analyze relevance of hyperlipidemia and hyperhome-cysteinemia and differentiation of symptoms and signs of ASO.Methods:Screen of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans in 60 cases and 20 cases of healthy control group for the study according to ASO syndrome, then divide into blood stasis and pathogenic dampness-heat type, collect general information on research subjects and detect hyperlipidemia and hyperhomecysteinemia, analyze and compare between various types and the control group the indicators of changes in hyperlipidemia and hyperomecy-steinemia. Carries on statistics analysis the observation target. Results:The study show patients with ASO's hyperlipidemia and hyperhomecysteinemia was increased, compared with the control group with a very significant difference (P<0.05), which hyperlipidemia and hyperhomecysteinemia levels of pathogenic dampness-heat type are very significantly higher than blood stasis (P<0.05); Conclusions:ASO syndrome types are the existence of the hyperlipidemia and hyperhomecysteinemia increased the phenomenon, and in different types of cards are different, So hyperlipidemia and hyperhomecysteinemia can provide objective basis for our differentiation.
