Objectives:To discuss more systematically about the etiology and pathogenesis, treatment and prescriptions of coronary heart disease based on the clinical and experimental study; to establish treatment methods of kidney blood circulation, Xuanbi analgesic treatment, and thus to set up an approach to stronger the kidney and Xuanbi treatment, aiming at observing the clinical efficacy of treatment of the kidney blood circulation, relieving pain Xuanbi method in treating angina pectoris, and exploring its mechanism. Methods:Clinical observation:randomly assigned the 105 cases of coronary heart disease to two groups:combined conventional treatment of western therapy with Xuanbi method group (52 cases), only western conventional therapy control group (53 cases), to make clinical research, observe their clinical symptoms of angina pectoris cases and effects on serum lipids, blood pressure and serum CRP. Animal experiments:Animal experiments using rabbits 32, copy of myocardial ischemia model,to observe the effects of Xuanbi treatment on their ET, NO, TXB2, Hcy.Results:The clinical study results show that the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05) in improving clinical symptoms, blood lipid, blood pressure, lowering blood viscosity, etc. Animal experiment results show that Xuanbi drinking can significantly reduce the ET level of rabbits, increase NO levels, regulating the balance between the two, to reduce TXB2, Hey levels. Conclusion:Kidney Xuanbi drinking can make multi-channel, multi-target controls of the occurrence of angina pectoris by reducing inflammation, protecting vascular endothelial function, anti-platelet aggregation, inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
