ObjectiveBone is a living organ, bone fracture, compared with other trauma, has a unique anatomical and pathological changes. Fracture healing is a complex process, not only need enough blood circulation to provide the necessary nutrients, while there are many growth factors involved in repair and reconstruction. In this study of early fracture microcirculation compound Danshen injection, continued application of insulin-like growth factor-1, to explore the state of the microcirculation, insulin-like growth factor-1 on the promotion of early fracture healing.Methodswister 60 rats,15 rats in each group were randomly divided into 4 groups. The establishment of tibial fracture model, A group for the experimental group, after intraperitoneal injection of compound Danshen injection 1 day per 0.6ml/100g, for 14 days,12 hours apart at the fracture injection of insulin-like growth factor-1, day 1, each 2ug/kg, for 14 days. B group as a positive control group 1. After the intraperitoneal injection of compound Danshen injection 1 day per 0.6ml/100g, for 14 days. C group for the positive control group 2, after the injection by the fracture of insulin-like growth factor-1,1 time per day, each 2ug/kg, for 14 days. D group as a negative control group, do not do interfere with measures by natural healing. Group 4 respectively after 14 days,28 days to cervical dislocation, rats were killed, each three and drawn at the Department of fracture, the specimens were carried out imaging, histology, morphology, metrology observation, data were SAS8.2 statistical software for random anal-ysis of variance.Results14,28 days after operation, histological and imaging studies, callus weight, biomechanical testing, the general general observation that group A was better than BC, BC was no significant difference, BC was better than D group.
