Objective:To study the essential hypertension(EH) TCM syndrome and serum lipids, body mass index and left ventricular diastolic function, to explore the Chinese classification of EH patients with cardiovascular risk factors and early cardiovascular damage between contact period Syndrome in standardized to provide a scientific basis and treatment. Methods:Diagnostic criteria consistent with EH 120 patients,64 males, female 56 cases; normal control group of 30 patients,18 males and 12 females. The inclusion of the EH patients were divided into liver fire exuberant syndrome type in 35 cases,28 cases of the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactiviey, deficiency syndrome of Yin and Yang 23 cases,34 cases of phlegm dampness abundant syndrome, analysis of the evidence-based distribution. Measured abdominal circumference, height, weight and body mass index (BMI), routine blood serum lipids, triglycerides record(TG), cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)values, echocardiography mitral valve early diastolic peak velocity(E peak), peak late diastolic velocity(A peak), and calculated E/A ratio. Tissue Doppler imaging(TDI) measured mitral early diastolic velocity Ea, calculated E/Ea.Results: 1. BMI value of EH patients compared with normal control group was significantly(P<0.01), phlegm dampness abundant syndrome with the type was statistically significant difference (P<0.01). The remaining three types increased in the order the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactiviey > liver fire exuberant syndrome type>deficiency syndrome of Yin and Yang, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). 2. 120 cases of abnormal blood lipids in patients with EH and 78 cases, accounting for 65% of selected cases, which the phlegm dampness abundant syndrome dominant. Compared with the control group TC, TG and HDL-C increased significantly lower(P<0.05), comparison between the various syndromes, phlegm dampness abundant syndrome type TG increased the degree of difference between the other three types statistically significant (P<0.01), the other three types was no significant difference (P>0.05). Higher level to phlegm dampness abundant syndrome TC type most obvious difference, but no significant(P>0.05).3. EH patients with E/A ratio reduction, E/Ea increased levels compared with the control group significantly(P<0.01), the TCM E/A ratio to reduce the degree of deficiency syndrome of Yin and Yang, compared with the other three types There was significant difference(P<0.01), liver fire exuberant syndrome type compared with phlegm dampness abundant syndrome and the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactiviey type was significant difference(P<0.05). phlegm Yongsheng type compared with the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactiviey type no significant difference (P>0.05). E/Ea increased yin and yang deficiency, compared with the model significantly(P<0.05), liver fire exuberant syndrome and phlegm Yongsheng type, the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactiviey type was significant compared to(P<0.01), phlegm dampness abundant syndrome type and the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactiviey type no significant difference compared(P>0.05), E peak of the syndrome there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. EH patients was significantly higher than the normal BMI group, suggesting that overweight and obesity are important risk factors for hypertension, EH in the Syndromes of TCM, BMI values increased in the order phlegm dampness abundant syndrome>the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactiviey type>liver fire exuberant syndrome>deficiency syndrome of Yin and Yang, which the phlegm dampness abundant syndrome BMI increased most significantly. Description BMI value can be used as a reference TCM Syndrome type one of the indicators.2. EH patients with different syndromes in the phlegm dampness abundant syndrome and liver fire exuberant syndrome, the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactiviey type, deficiency syndrome of Yin and Yang, compared three groups, TG increased significantly(P<0.05). Tips lipids, especially TG levels can be used as a reference syndrome differentiation type indicator.3. TCM EH all patients varying degrees of left ventricular dysfunction to the most significant deficiency syndrome of Yin and Yang. Tips LVDF EH patients as TCM Syndrome type one of the bases of physical diagnosis.
