Purpose:To discuss value of DTI-Tei index in left ventricular diastolic function of patients with primary hypertension(HP).Methods:84 patients(Group A)with primary hypertension(HP)who accepted cardiac ultrasound inspection in the outpatient and the hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected.30 healthy people with the similar age and gender were selected as the control group(Group B).According to different ventriculus sinister in hypertension heart,they were divided into normal pattern group(Group A1),concentric remodeling group(Group A2),concentric hypertrophy group(Group A3),and eccentric hypertrophy group(Group A4).Ultrasonic cardiogram was used to measure general parameters:IVST,LVPW,LVEDD,LVMI and RWT;functional parameters:E(cm/s),A(cm/s),E/A,EDT,Ea/Aa and DTI-Tei index.Correlation of different parameters in each group was analyzed.Result:There was statistical difference in general parameters of ventriculus sinister between Group A and Group B,including IVST,IVPW,LVEDD,LVMI and RWT(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in functional parameters of ventriculus sinister between Group A and Group B,including E(cm/s),A(cm/s),E/A,EDT and Ea/Aa,etc.(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in E/A and EDT of Group A2 by comparing with Group A1,Group A3 and Group A4(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in Ea/Aa of Group A1 by comparing with Group A2,Group A3 and Group 4(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in S/D of Group A1 by comparing with Group A2,Group A3 and Group A4(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in DTI-Tei index of Group A1,Group A2,Group 3 and Group 4(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.DTIOTei index has the good correlation with Ganau heart parting of HP and it has the rising tendency with the reduction of left ventricular diastolic function;2.DTI-Tei is superior to routine tissue Doppler imaging in incompetence of left ventricular diastolic function.Routine tissue Doppler is superior to miltralis valva frequency spectrum and pulmonary venous flow parameters;3.DTI-Tei index can provide reliable basis for incompleteness of left ventricular diastolic function in HP.
