The Observation Of Lexin Decoction The Treatment For Perimenopausal Depression's Clinical Effects

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lexintang in treatment of the femals' perimenopausal depression.Methods:Sixty-two patients with the femals'climacteric agedepression were equally divided into 2 groups at random:group A(treated with Lexintang), group B (treated with Antidepressants).After three months,to observe the kupperman measuring scale, Hamilton Depression Scale,endocrine indexes and the side effects were observed.Results:Lexintang treated the femals'climactericdepression that has utmostly clinical effect.The total effective rateafter three months of treating is90% ,there is no significancemeaning in the difference between two groups; Lexintang could decrease the kuppernian measuring scale , Hamilton Depression Scale. There had statistical significance(p<0.01),but There had no statistical significance in between the two groups;For the effectson endocrine system, the levels of FSH decreasedinsignificantly in all the two groups.The levels of E2 could besignificantly improved, but Western medicine group had no effect on improving of E2 ,and there had significance(p<0.05); There had statistical significance inbetween the two groups. The levels of 5-HT could besignificantly improved in all the two groups. There had statistical significance(p<0.05),but There had no statistical significance in between the two groups(P>0.05);To following the conclusion of the treatment,there were 3 patients'greads of HAMD increased in treatment group ,while 10 patients in contral group in all of the effective ones.And there are 2 cases have decreased greads .Two groups of differences in security measuring had a significance meaning.Traditional Chinese medicine group has none and Western medicine group have 7 examples.Conclusion:The efficacy is significance in treatment of the femals' Perimenopausal age depression in Lexintang Decoction.The effective rate was 90%,and had no side effects, and had little relapse in the future.
