Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety on treatment anticardiolipin antibodies positive of early recurrent abortion from nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow therapy of Traditional Medicine combined western medicine.Methods:54 inpatients met the inclusion criteria,36cases were divided into treatment group and 18into control group. The treatment group took the Traditional Medicine combined western medicine, the control group took the western medicine, observe the clinical changes before and after the treatment.Results:After a treatment course, the treatment group,the toal effectiveness had achieved 88.89%,the live birth rate was 77.78% the control group, the toal effectiveness was 66.67%, the live birth rate is 55.56%;There was significant difference between.the treatment group and the control group;Fetus in good condition; The negative rate of ACA in treatment group was 91.67% and in group group was 55.56%;Patients'β-HCG and P levels are improved significantly in each group after treatment than before.Conclusion:The effect of treatment on kidney deficiency of early threatened abortion by nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow therapy of Traditional Medicine combined western medicine is proved to be prominent. The patient's clinical symptoms and signs are effectively improved, and the drugs are safe.So it is one of the effective ways of clinical therapeutics.
