The Clinical Study Of Zhi Ke Su Fei Chong Ji In Treating Of Children Cough Characterized By Wind-Heat

Objective:We aimed to explore the clinical efficacy of Zhi Ke Su Fei Chong Ji in the treatment of children cough with wind-heat.Method:55 example cough children with wind-heat divides into two groups according to the stochastic tables law,in which experimental group 30 examples,the control group 25 examples.The people who in the experimental group gives Zhi Ke Su Fei Chong Ji (Tianjian),1～3 years daily 1/2 agent,4～6 years daily 2/3 agents,7～14 years old,sooner or later,twice daily service points,blunt water.The control group gives Xiao Er Xuan Fei Zhi Ke Ke Li,oral,1～3 years old children 5g taking every time,4～7 years 8g taking every time,8～14 years 12g taking every time,3 times a day.5 days are 1 treatment course,observes 1 treatment courses.According to the disease after the treatment effect,syndrome of clinical symptoms and improve score,statistical analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the drug.Results:Experimental group total effectiveness 96.67%,control group total effectiveness 80.00%,the experimental group curative effect surpasses the control group (P<0.05),has the remarkable difference;The experimental group in improving cough, runny nose, sore throat and fever aspects is superior to those in the control group (P<0.05),has the remarkable difference,no adverse reactions, safety inspection.Conclusion:The clinical research indicated the ZhiKeSuFei powder in the treatment of children cough with wind-heat effect to be remarkable,also non-toxic side effect,safe reliable.
