Clinical Efficacy Of Tanreqing Injection Liquid In The Treatment Of Children Cough Characterized By Wind-Heat In 205 Patients

Objective:We aimed to explore the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection liquid in the treatment of children cough with wind-heat.Method:Of March 2007～September 2008,out-patient treatment of 205 cases of wind-heat cough in children(acute bronchitis) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group Tanreqing intravenous injection every 0.3～0.5ml/kg,day 1,treatment 5 to 7 days. Control group,intravenous injection Chuanhuning inflammation,each 5 10mg/kg,day 1,treatment 5 to 7 days.Clinical observation of the individual project level by the points(the main disease were 6 hours,4 minutes,2 hours and 0 minutes;times disease was 3 hours,2 hours,1 minutes and 0 minutes;Tongue,pulse or fingerprint do not score ).In drug use before and after 1 day,4 days,7 days to observe and record the TCM Syndrome score.Results:The total effectiveness of the affected group and the Chinese Medicine symptomatic group are 94.78%and 95.53%respectively.Conclusion:Tanreqing injection in treating children with cough in fever,cough and disease and so the overall effect was superior to injection Yanhuning,reflects the advantages of compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine,it is worth clinical application.
