Clinical Efficacy Of Tanreqing Injection Liquid In The Treatment Of Children Cough Characterized By Wind-Heat In 158 Patients

Objective:We aimed to explore the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection liquid in the treatment of children cough with wind-heat.Method:The group injected Tanreqing injection liquid intravenously (Ⅰ.Ⅴ.) into 158 out-patients with childhood cough characterized by wind-heat form March 2006 to September 2007,0.3～0.5ml/kg one day 1times daily,with a course of 7days,Control speed vein drop to note with 35;Observe and Compute the Grade point of chinesemedical(the main symptom is 6 score,4 score,2score,0score;the importeless is 3 score,2 score,1 score,0 score) Among these patients we followed-up their improvement through chest X-ray as well as their clinical symptoms in terms of biological signs,using before and the first,the fouth,the seventh.Results:The total effectiveness of the affected group and the Chinese Medicine symptomatic group are 95.57%and 96.20%respectively.Conclusion:Tanreqing injection liquid is concluded as significantly effective with no observed side-effects in the treatment of children cough characterized by wind-heat,which can also be generalized as chronic bronchitis in western medical terms.
