The Clinical Healing Effect Observation Of Huxin Capsule On Treating Atrial Fibrillation And The Influence To The Level Of Platele Membran Glyeoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa Receptor

Objective:To verify the clinical efficacy and the changes of Platele membran glyeoprotein II b/IIIa receptor level of Huxin capsule with low-dose amiodarone for atrial fibrillation.Methods:40 Patients of non-valvular heart disease with atrial fibrillation were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Each group contains 20 cases. The control group was given amiodarone in the routine method, while the treatment group was given both Huxin capsule and low-dose amiodarone. The periods are both one month.Observe the conversion of the atrial fibrillation and ventricular rate controlling and the changes of Platele membran glyeoprotein II b/IIIa receptor level.Results:After treatment, heart rate of the two groups were obviously decreased, some patients were able to maintain sinus rhythm, the total efficiency of the treatment group was higher than the control group; and the levels of Platele membran glyeoprotein II b/IIIa receptor were both reduced, but the change of the treatment group was more remarkable than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1. Huxin capsule with low-dose amiodarone treat atrial fibrillation can avoid the severe side effect of lone amiodarone and reduce its dosage.2. Can control ventricle rate or keep sinus rhythm of atrial fibrillation patients safely effectively and long time.3. Can evidently reduce the level of Platele membran glyeoprotein II b/IIIa receptor to prevent platelet adhesion gathered and thrombosis.
