The Clinical Observation Of Curing Qi And Yin Deficiency Nsclc With Jiawei Shengmaisan And Radiation Therapy

Objective:Jiawei Shengmaisan observed with radiation therapy, treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) Qi and Yin Deficiency type of clinical efficacy.Methods:To hospitalized patients met the inclusion criteria of lung cancer, were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients. Two groups were given radiotherapy, while in the beginning of radiotherapy treatment group Shengmaisan Modified decoction. Patients were observed for 6 weeks after treatment, two groups were compared the symptom score, KPS, tumor markers CEA, CYFRA 21-1, and radiation therapy changes the occurrence of toxicity.Results:Symptom score in the treatment group after treatment than before treatment in the control group the symptom score before treatment after treatment, the inverse, two points before and after treatment were statistically significant change (p<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group than in the control group the symptom score decreased significantly, with significant differences (P <0.01). Treatment group, KPS score after treatment than before treatment, after treatment control group inverse KPS score before treatment, two points before and after treatment were statistically significant change (p<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group than the control group was significantly higher KPS score, with significant differences (P<0.01). Treatment group and control group after treatment of tumor markers CEA, CYFRA 21-1 decreased significantly, P<0.01, but no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the treatment group than the control group points lower toxicity, a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:Jiawei Shengmaisan with radiation therapy can effectively reduce the toxic side effects of radiotherapy to improve the clinical symptoms, improve quality of life, but no significant decrease in tumor markers CEA, CYFRA 21-1 role.
