| Objective:To observe the effect and reliabitity of NO.3 Weiermai on clinical symptoms,signs and related indexes of arteriosclerosis obliteration of blood stasis in patients,study the therapeutic mechanism of NO.3 Weiermai on related indexes of arteriosclerosis obliterateon of blood stasis.Methods:A total of 88 arteriosclerosis obliteration of blood stasis patients were observed. They were randomly divided into three groups and they are the treatment group,the control group 1,each 34 examples and the control group 2,20 examples. There was no obvious difference in age,sex,illness course and severity degree between the three groups. Western medicine foundation treatment was the same and the treatment group was received NO.3 Weiermai treatment and the control group 1 was received Tongsaimai Tablet. The changes of clinical symptoms signs,ETand ABI in all patients were collectede before and after treatment.Results:By observing 88 samples ,the study shows that symptoms and physical signs obviously change for the better after the treatment. ET was in lowerly expressing state ,ABI was in highly expressing state . The result has statistically significant difference. There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 group (P﹥0.05). There was remarkable statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group 2 group (P﹤0.05). The Weiermai group was better than the control group 2 group in treatment result.Conclusions:NO.3 Weiermai has specific effect in treating arteriosclerosis obliteration of blood stasis in patients.The study shows that NO.3 Weiermai is a kind of effective and reliable medicine for treating patients with arteriosclerosis obliteration of blood stasis. It provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliteration of blood stasis and it is worthy to be studied intensively.
