To Observe The Clinnical Effect Of Tiaozhidecotion In The Treatment Of Phlgmdampsyndorom In Dyslipidemia

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Tiaozhidecoction in the treatment of PhlegmDampSyndrom in dyslipidemia. Conducts a preli minary evaluation of clinical safety and effective of Tiaozhi Decoctio n.Methods:A total of 60 patients with PhlegmDampSyndrome dysli pidemia in The frist hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese m edcine between December 2008and August 2009 were selected and ran domly to trentment group and control group in the study,one group ha ve 30 cases.There were no obvious difference in aga,sex beteen tow groups. Trentment group was givenTiaozhidecoction one packet Bidp o. Controlgroup was givenxinvastatin 20mg QNpo. The perods are bot h 8weeks.The changes of lipids lelev and clinical sympoms in all pa tients were observed before and after treatment.Results:After given drugs 8 weeks,The levels of TC,TG and L DL-C of patients with PhlegmDampSyndrome were obviously depress (P<0.05). HDL-C were inprees (P<0.05). The levels of lipids betwee n trentment group and control group were no difference (P>0.05).Trent ment group improved clinical sympoms scorses was significantly higer than that in the control group (P<0.05).The impovment of flaccid par alysis,insomnis bland taste and poor appette in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaozhidecoction can impovment the levels of lipidsa nd clinical sympoms of patients with PhlegmDampSyndrome dyslipide mia.It is a safe and effective drug and it is worthy to be studied de eply.
