| Objective: Through the clinical study of Xinjikang Project in the treatment of adult patients with Acute Viral Myocarditis, preliminary observe and evaluate the efficacy of patients in TCM syndromes and the safety of the Project,it will provide clinical basis for the Project treatment Acute Viral Myocarditis, provide a scientific basis to use and popularize in future clinical for the standardization of Chinese medicine treatment of Viral Myocarditis.Methods: The selected 48 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group had 24 cases,and also the treatment group. Two groups were given adequate rest,restrict activity, giving digestible,rich in vitamins, protein foods,as well as the polarized liquid,inosine intravenous needles 2 weeks,once a day. In this treatment on the basis,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,oral vitamin C,coenzyme Q10;the treatment group was treated with TCM Differential Treatment.The treatment for 30 consecutive days was one treatment course.We observed the effect of patients in TCM syndromes before and after treatment and its integrated effect,general biological indicators,safety indicators and adverse events.Results: (1)The comparison of the syndromes score showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, while the control group was 75.0%. There was significant difference between them(P<0.05). Especially in the chest, palpitations, shortness of breath, Shenpi fatigue, night sweats, irritability, chest irritation, chest epigastric ruffian nausea, poor appetite and yellow urine red,their symptom score were much higher than the control group (P<0.05).(2) The evaluation of comprehensive Clinical effect showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups on integrated effect comparison (P>0.05),but the total effective rate of the treatment group (83.3%) was higher than of the control group (70.8%).(3) Safety analysis showed that the 48 cases of patients before and after treatment,the safety indicators such as blood, urine,stool,and liver and kidney function and so on,were no abnormal;the 24 patients in control group,there appeared no adverse reactions;the 24 patients in the treatment group,there appeared two cases of diarrhea,and the remaining patients had no other adverse events.Conclusion: xinjikang Project is effective in the treatment of adult patients with Viral Myocarditis,it can improve the efficacy of patients in TCM syndromes, it also can make the integrated effect of patients tend to improve than the control group.and it is safe, effective in clinical application. It is one of the better project in the treatment of acute of viral myocarditis. |
