| Purpose To study the diagnosis value of synchronism marrow biopsy and marrow bone smear-on pancytopenia.Methods The bone marrow samples of 180 patients with pancytopenia were collected, including bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow smear. Bone marrow hyperplasia, fibrin hyperplasia, megakaryocyte count was observed.Results 1. In 180 patientses, there were aplastic anemia in 29 cases (16.1%), myelodysplastic syndrome in 33 cases (18.3%), leukemia in 31 cases (17.2%), proliferative anemia (including megaloblastic poverty and larger cell anemia) in 39(21.7%), bone marrow fibrosis in 25 cases objective (13.9%).2. Bone marrow biopsy showed hyperplasia than in gradeâ…¢was 100%. The bone marrow smear was 84.85% in 33 patients with myelody and splastic syndrome.3. Hyperplasia of gradeâ… andâ…¡accounted for 96.55% in bone marrow biopsy, while the bone marrow was 75.86% in 29 cases patients of aplastic anemia. They have statistical significance(χ2=5.220,P=0.022).Conclusion 1. Plastic-embedded biopsy of bone marrow can correctly reflect the organizational structure, cell distribution,which is important in differential diagnosis of pancytopenia.2.Bone marrow biopsy can measure the hyperplasia level of the hematopoietic cells overall.3.The synchronism observation on both marrow biopsy and marrow smear can effectively increase the diagnosis rate. |
