The Clinical Efficacy Investigation On Treating PTBS With Huishenxingnao Tang

Objective:This clinical study aims is observing the clinical effect of Huishenxingnao Tang on treatment of PTBS,and investigating the possible mechanism of inter TCM treatment of PTBS,and providing theory from various aspects.Methods:This study was based on the standard criteria of PTBS diagnosis. Sixty case patients were stochastically divided into treatment group(that treated with Huishenxingnao Tang)and control group(that treat with Naozhenning granules),After clinical observation and treatment about 30 days。atistical treatment groups before and after clinical symptoms score were analyzed statisticallyResults:1. The total effective rate of the treating group was 96.67% while in the controlling group86.67%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The former was better than the latter. 2. The integral calculus of symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treating group before and after treatment was remarkablely difference(P<0.001).After treatment the integral calculus of symptoms of the treating group was less than that of the controlling group. There was significantly difference(P<0.05).It suggested that the treating group surpass the controllinggroup in improving the overall effect of symptoms.3.There were significant differences in main symptoms before and after treatment the treating group(P<0.05).4.The two groups had no obvious influence on blood, urine, bowel evacuation, heart, liver and kidney function.Conclusions:Huishenxingnao Tang is proved of being affectivity and safety on treatment of PTBS,It is worth further researching for using on clinical.
