Clinical Research Of Therapy Of Qingretongfu To Treat Sepsis

Objective：This research apply the therapy of Qingretongfu to treat patients withSepsis，which may provide a new way for the treatment of Sepsis with the combination ofChinese medicine and western medicine.Methods: Our study was performed at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Universityof TCM. We conducted a prospective case-control study on60Sepsis patients in ICU fromApril2011to April2012. The60patients were randomly divided into the treatment groupand the contrast group. The contrast group was received common western medicinetherapy and the other received Qingretongfu therapy except for the common westernmedicine therapy. On the first day before starts of treatment and Day7after the treatment,we recorded the APACHEⅡscore, and the investigated parameters. All data were analyzedwith SPSS17.0.Results: One week later, we found treatment group compared with contrast group,which was significant difference (P＜0.05). At the same time, we found this therapy cansignificantly decreased the level of APACHE score, T, P, R, WBC, Neu, Neu%, CRP.Compared with contrast group, there were significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions: Qingretongfu therapy combined with normal western medicine caneffectively treat the patients with Sepsis.
