| Objective:In vitro experimental studies on grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE) affecting Actinomyces viscosus growth and its acid metabolism and adhesion. Explore the impact of grape seed proanthocyanidins on the possible mechanism of caries-preventive agents for the new research and development, application and provide experimental evidence.Methods:1. Selecting Actinomyces viscosus ATCC15987 as the experimental strain.
