ObjectiveTo study the expression of CXCR-3 and CCR-4 in pathological scars and to explore their role in pathogenesis of pathological scar.MethodsImmunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the expression and distribution of CXCR-3 and CCR-4 in 32 cases of hypertrophic scar(group A),26 cases of keloid(group B)and 28 cases of normal skin(group C).Classificate them from negative(-) to positive(+,++,+++),analyze the relationship by SSPS12.0.ResultsThe expression of CXCR-3 and CCR-4 in groups A and B was higher than that in group C (P<0.01).But the expression between group A and group B has no statistical differences (P>0.05)ConclusionCXCR-3 and CCR-4 may play an important role in pathogenesis of pathological scar.
