Objectives:To establish rat SUI models by simulating delivery trauma and menopause, observation the influence of the factors mentioned above discussion with SUI occurs in the role and possible mechanism for clinical.Methods:Forty Wistar female rats, weight300±5g, randomly divided into 4 groups after first normal delivery(n= 10).Group I was the control group; Group II was simulated delivery trauma just after vaginal labour; Groupâ…¢was simulated menopause by double-ovariectomy; Groupâ…£was simulated delivery trauma and menopause.Determination ALPP and rates of sneeze test at different times.Results:After 1 week,ALPP measured respectively 49.99±2.67mmHg,23.91±2.74mmHg, 50.40±2.42mmHg,23.42±3.27mmHg, Groupâ… >Groupâ…¡,â…£, respectively(P<0.05); Group I and GroupIII(P>0.05).After 16 weeks, ALPP measured respectively 48.50±3.51mmHg, 30.75±3.82mmHg,30.77±9.47mmHg,22.67±3.17mmHg, Groupâ… >Groupâ…¡,â…¢>GroupIV, respectively(P<0.05).Compared with 1 week and 16 weeks,â…¡i6>Ⅱ1,â…¢16<Ⅲ1, respectively(P<0.05).The positive rates of sneeze test of Group I was negative; Groupâ…¡,â…¢, IVwere respectively40%,44.4%,66.7%.Conclusion:The animal model of SUI can be established successfully by simulating delivery trauma and menopause.And if the two factors of the disease are simulated at the same time, the successful establishment rate of SUI animal model would become higher. With the extension of time, the influence of delivery trauma gradually decreases; while the influence of menopause gradually strengthen.
