(The statistical data was limited in 18 case.)Results Nighteen case acquired a well symmetry on face and turned better as the time went .The score of T-FGS has increased 33.15 point and the score of FNFI has increased 55.61 percent at the following-up. EMG of the free graft Abductor Hallucis showed that all these muscle had had lived. The scar was found easily only in one case. All cases could stand stably after one month since surgery. They have different degree insensible feeling at nonage, but feel not block after half a year. They could climb to three floors easily after two months and exercise as before surgery after half a year. There was no functional disturbance or impairment in donor site.Conclusion⑴The main correlation factor of the the operation effect have the age to receive medical treatment, the time of training and massaging the muscle which had been transplanted after the operation.⑵It is not any effect for selecting upper or jowl buccal branches to the result of the operation.⑶There are 94% had obtained well.⑷All these cases, the transplant muscle could be survivaled, they have had enough myodynamia to make the angle move concordance.⑸The abductor hallucis would possibly be prolonged or the point of suspension taken place slippage.
