Application Value Of Coil Loop Ligation Of Laparoscopic Myomectomy

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of the coil loop ligation+ suture in Laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:Subject to the analysis condition that a total of 92 patients with uterine myoma underwent laparoscopic myomectomy were randomly devided to two groups in Dalian Maternity Hospitals from January.2007 to Jun.2009. There are 47 cases with simple suture and 45 cases with coil loop ligation+suture. Then medical records are analyzed retrospectively.Results:No case was to changed to abdominal myomectomy. The mean operative time with coil loop ligation+suture was shorter than the other's obviously, and the mean blood was also less than the other's. In 3cases with simple suture the blood loss is more than 500ml. Postoperative ecchymoma happened 1 case with coil loop ligation +suture, but no happened in the other group. There are no any other intraoperative complications and postoperative complications in two groups. The group with coil loop ligation+suture was not significantly different from the group with simple suture in the size of uterine myoma and in the amount of uterine myoma and in abdominis drainage and in the mean hospital stay.And so was the results of B-ultrasonography about uterus.Conclusions:The coil loop ligation+suture in Laparoscopic myomectomy is save,viable and also leading to effective. It has shorter operating time and the less blood loss,has no adverse effect on postoperative recovery.
