Objective:To explore minimally invasive surgery method and other traditional surgery treatment of congenital vertical talus, the change of foot ligaments in preoperative and postoperative, for minimally invasive surgical treatment of congenital vertical talus provide theoretical basis. Methods:Take the foot treated by minimally invasive surgery, and home and abroad in recent years, the cases of congenital vertical talus reported in the literature of the other surgery treatment into two groups, the A group and B group, estimated and measured the length of foot ligaments in each group cases of preoperative and postoperative at X-ray lateral, and then calculated rate of ligament change. Results:A group (minimally invasive surgery combined with external fixation cantilever treatment group) measured data and calculated results show that:the posterior tibiotalar part change rates are> 1, ie, the posterior tibiotalar part in postoperative is longer than preoperative. B group (reported in the literature group) measured data and calculated results show that:the posterior tibiotalar part rate of change in most cases<1, ie, in most cases the posterior tibiotalar part in postoperative is shorter than preoperative. Conclusion:In the treatment of congenital vertical talus, entirely reduction of the soft tissue is unnecessary, can use the method of minimally invasive surgery to reset the joint, to avoid recurrence and complications.
