Comparison Of The Curative Effect Of Disemboguing Different Drug After The KTP Laser Deoppilation

Objective:To obtain therapeutic methods of better effectiveness to treat the obstruction of IacrimaI ducts by compare the clinical effects of disemboguing different drug after the KTP laser deoppilation.Methods:Selected 114 patients with the obstruction of IacrimaI ducts (120 eyes of dacryagogatresia) In Yan Bian university hospital between October 2008 andDecember 2009.They were divided into three groups randomly.38 patients(40 eyes) in each group. Disemboguing different drugs after The KTP laser deoppilation:(1) group A were treated with combination of mitomycin C and sodium hyaluronate after laser deoppilation(2) group B were treated with combination of mitomycin C and Tobra-Dex afer laser deoppilation(3) group C were treated with mitomycin C after laser deoppilation.All the patients after operation were followed up for over 3 months, and ultimate results were compared and analyzed.judgment of effectiveness:Eyes were cured:no epiphora, no suppuration, unobstructed lacrimal passage.Eyes were better than before:less epiphora, unobstructed lacrimal passage under high pressure.No effectiveness:epiphora, Suppuration, Obstruction of lacrimal passage.Results:Symptoms was completely resolved in 34 eyes(85.0%), improved in 4 eyes, and the total efficiency was 90.0% in group A.Symptoms was completely resolved in 35 eyes(87.5%), improved in 3 eyes, and the total efficiency was 95.0% in group B.Symptoms was completely resolved in 26 eyes(65.0%), improved in 2 eyes, and the total efficiency was 70.0% in group C.(1) 34eyes was cured in group A,35 eyes was cured in group B, There were not significant differences between the two groups (P=0.745,P>0.05)the total eyes of efficiency in group A were 36, the total eyes of efficiency in group B were 38, There were not significant differences between the two groups (P=0.396,P>0.05).(2) 34eyes was cured in group A,26 eyes was cured in group C, There were significant differences between the two groups (P=0.039, P<0.05); The total eyes of efficiency in group A were 36, the total eyes of efficiency in group C were 28, There were not significant differences between the two groups (P=0.025, P<0.05).The effectiveness of Group A is better than Group C.(3) 35eyes was cured in group B,26 eyes was cured in group C,There were significant differences between the two groups (P=0.018, P<0.05), the total eyes of efficiency in group B were 38, the total eyes of efficiency in group C were 28, There were significant differences between the two groups (P=0.003,P<0.05). The effectiveness of Group B is better than Group C.Conclusion:1 Laser deoppilation with combination of mitomycin C can prevent the Obstruction of lacrimal passage and improve the operation and curative effect significantly.2 Mitomycin C with combination of bra—Dex or sodium hyaluronate After the KTP laser deoppilation is eutherapeutic,, they are both ideal treatment, with no side effects which is worth expanding.3 Mitomycin C of the concentration of 0.4mg/ml,after laser deoppilation is safe, which did not cause any complications, in the short term. It's the comparative ideal concentration, for the treatment of obstruction of lacrimal passage.
