Clinical Observation On The PSA Of ChuanLongYiAi Decoction For Hormonal Independent Prostate Cancer

Objective:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Chuan Long Yiai Decoction by randomized controlled trials for the PSA of Hormonal independent prostate cancer, to fully exploit the theory of Chinese medicine resources and strengths, to provide an ideal,few side-effect,economic clinical method for Hormonal independent prostate cancer.Method:Use the method of randomized controlled trials. According to the formulation of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria, From June 2009 to April 2010,40 cases which belonged to the type of Deficient Qi and congealed blood blocking Meridian were seleted and randomly divided into treatment group (n=20) and blank control group (n=20), The age was 60.0 to 80.0 years, with an average of 74.4 years. The patients in the treatment group were received oral intake of Chuan Long Yiai Decoction twice a day, while the blank control group received no specific treatment. The therapeutic time was 3 months, Every case in the groups had a test of PSA before and after treatment. Three months later, date were collected for statistical analysis, and the clinical efficacy were evaluated in the observational self-controlled study.Result:Research the summaries shows that the PSA is the important factor impact on the progression of Hormonal independent prostate cancer, After 3 month treatment and observation,14 cases in the treatment group had an obvious decline on PSA, and 6case had no significant change, the effective rate was 70.0%. While in the blank control group.10 case had no distinct change,8 cases had an obvious rise, and 2 patients given up in the research. Both groups have significant changs before and after treatment in statistics (p<0.05).Conclusion:The comparison of the above research demonstrated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is superior to the blank control group. Chuan Long Yiai Decoction is effective in treating Hormonal independent prostate cancer. While Chuan Long Yiai Decoction Can effectively reduce the Content of serum PSA for the patients suffered with Hormonal independent prostate cancer, This prescription provides an ideal,few side-effect,economic clinical therapeutic way for Hormonal independent prostate cancer, and has broad prospects for development and application in clinical practice.
