Abjective:To explore the different manifestations of the Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) about different stages and different causes of Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head(ANFH).Method:Retrospective investigations nearly 10 years of traditional chinese medicine of foshan hospital of clinical and imaging diagnosis of Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head(ANFH) of 220 cases (313 hips), categorical variables with the rank sum test, correlation analysis using multiple Logistic regression analysis. Results:Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that DSA in cases with different stages ANFH reach or exceed the number of the II lines arteries was significantly (P<0.05), Have a significant effect of arterial blood vessels were superior posterior retinacular artery(OR= 8.969, P<0.01), inferrior posterior retinacular artery (OR= 7.195, P<0.05). The rank sum test showed that cases with different causes ANFH to support inferrior posterior retinacular artery with arterial line to reach or exceed the I & II line number of arterial blood vessels, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The rank sum test showed that cases with different causes ANFH to support superior posterior retinacular artery with arterial line to reach or exceed the I & II line number of arterial blood vessels, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05)Conclusion:Angiography in patients with different stages ANFH II lines reach or exceed the number of different arteries, significant differences were arteries with artery and the posterior support to support after following the artery with or exceeds the number of arteries II lines; Different ANFH cause to support after angiography in cases with arterial reach or exceed the I line and II line was statistically significant number of arteries; Different causes ANFH support after angiography in patients with arterial lines reach or exceedâ… &â…¡line, the number of arteries comparison, the difference was not statistically significant. ANFH different causes to support patients before angiography with arterial lines meet or exceed I & II line, the number of arteries, the difference was not statistically significant.
