ObjectiveTo identify the risk factors for the Severe mycoplasma pneumonia in children and thus provide instructions for the clinical diagnosis and therapy.MethodsThe clinical data of 78 children with MPP were retrospectively reviewed from June.2008 to Dse.2008 in ShengJing Hospital. Based on the practical pediatrics and Shun Ying Zhao's, diagnosis standard of Severe mycoplasma pneumonia, the subjects were divided into two groups, the Severe group (38 cases) and the common group (40 cases). The comparison was made between two groups in age, gender, fever, habitation, the manifestation of pneumonia on X-ran and/or CT scan, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), MP-Ab≥1:1280 in acute stage, and Functional turbulence of T cell subsets. Single factor regression Results. chi square test was adopted in numeration data,T test was adopted in measurement data,Main resultsThe results of Single factor regression indicated that the independent risk factors included age range from 7-9(P< 0.01), location of the pneumonia at both lower lobe (P<0.01),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) abnormity (t<0.01) Functional turbulence of T cell subsets and MP-Ab≥1:1280 in acute stageConclusionsAge range from 7-9years, Functional turbulence of T cell subsets, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) abnormity (t<0.01), MP-Ab≥1:1280 in acute stage was the Risk factors of Severe mycoplasma pneumonia, location of the pneumonia in group of Severe mycoplasma pneumonia at lower lobe。...
