Study On Early Period Quality Of Life, Early Period Rehabilitation Effects Of The Patients With Stroke And Analyze Their Influencing Factors

ObjectiveTo evaluate the early period quality of life (QOL), early period rehabilitation effects of stroke patients, and analyze their influencing factors.Methods58 patients with acute stroke were selected in this study, who were divided into the rehabilitation group and the controlling group according to whether given the rehabilitation treatment. Evaluating their QOL with the Short Form-36(SF-36) twice when they discharged and one month later. Compared their QOL scores with that of ordinary Chinese. And to analyze the effect of early period rehabilitation therapy. Meanwhile, recording the patients'basic information:gender, age and so on, studying the relationship between them and QOL as well as early rehabilitation effect in these patients.ResultsThe stroke patients in early period have a lower QOL compared with that of ordinary Chinese, the improved QOL scores of rehabilitation treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the gender, age,and other influencing factors could affect the QOL and early rehabilitation effects of these patients at different degree.ConclusionThe stroke could reduce the QOL of patients, early period rehabilitation could significantly improve the QOL of the stoke patients.
