[Aims]To study clinic character of liver cirrhosis complicated with bacterium and fungous infection.[Methods]The patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with fungous infection who were treated in our hospital from June 2008 to March 2010 were studied. All patients had clinical manifestation and positive of fungus.[Results]32 patients diagnosed with fungous infection were found from June 2008 to March 2010.32 fungous strains were separated in which 14 strains (43.75%) were Aspergillus fumigatus,10 strains (31.25%) were Candida albicans. The main sites of fouguns infection were lung (22 cases).Most of these patients have the history of invasive operation,antibiotics or immunosuppressor received and basis disease.[Conclusion]The patients with decompensation cirrhosis were easy to be infected by fungous. The prognosis is bad in patients who had secondary fungous infection.It is important to intensify the prevention management before the infection.
